Forward Deployed Engineering Intern

We're hiring a forward deployed engineering intern who moves fast, gets close to the problem, and cares more about finding the right solution quickly than polishing the perfect design in isolation. You'll spend time onsite, understand how work really happens, and work out better systems from first principles.

What you'll do

Visit sites, talk to users, shadow supervisors, and find where workflows break.
Turn what operators and supervisors tell you into clear problem statements.
Prototype and ship fast, using AI where it really speeds things up.
Iterate on what you learn in the field. The goal is progress, not over-design.

What we're looking for

High agency and fast problem solving.
Comfort with ambiguity, without waiting for perfect instructions.
The drive to work backwards from an ideal state.
Willingness to sit onsite at manufacturing units for long stretches.
Curiosity about operational detail, not just technical abstraction.

Likely a good fit

You're based in a Tier 2 city in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand or elsewhere.
There are plants or industrial sites close to where you live.
You don't mind getting your hands dirty and learning in person.
